About 2 days ago, we did a memento. The years 6s did a slightly different one. It's a little bit like an 'All About Me' because there are some parts which asks you some stuff about yourself.
I found it fun to do because it made me think about what happened this year, and I liked customising the backgrounds and fonts.

a few days ago, We did a poster for Responsible Community. It's kind of similar to another post, which is called 'Public Service Announcement'. I also posted that one a while ago. Also, before this post there should be a Canva poster which is called 'Responsible Poster'. This poster is for responsibility in the community. I really enjoyed making this poster. Today I realised that I haven't posted this writing on my blog. We did this a few months ago before lockdown. It's a descriptive piece of writing of Rangitoto Sunrise. Our teacher showed us a video of the sun rising 🌅

On the second day that school started again after the school holidays, we all did a description. What we had to do was describe a picture, and put it onto a slide. There was actually three pictures we could choose from- which the landscape is a beach. Later I will also post a recount, so remember to check that out next time!

Hey, Bloggers! On the 19 August the first day of lockdown we did a recount. I know 19 august was a while ago, but it's better to post late then never! Since it was lockdown, we all did a recount from the first day of lockdown. Anyways, here is my slide of my recount down below! 👇👇
Hey, Bloggers! It is another day in lockdown. A few weeks ago we had to do a shape or concrete poem. For a shape, I did a sun. It's a bit confusing to read because it goes around in a circle. So I'll just write below what it says:
'On a bright sunny morning, in the middle of summer, the sun shone brightly, brighter than ever before!
It was a very nice day, for the kids to go out and play!
Flying kites under the hot sun.
The sun was so bright and sunny, if you wanted to play
you had to wear a hat for the whole entire day.
Sometimes at night,
the sun from behind still shone bright.
If you just took a glimpse at the sun, your eyes will burn like the hot sun above.
Sometimes if you don't even look at the sun, it's so bright and hot you could get sunburned.
One day the kids went out to play, they flew their kites so high that it nearly got burned from the hot bright sun.'
